Delete Your Account
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open Beta Nappatzim and log in.
- Go to your Profile screen (tap your profile icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at
Beta.Nappatzim@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (email, username, profile picture)
- Climbing sessions and logged routes
- Workouts and exercise history
- Climb projects
- Grade votes, comments, and reactions
- Uploaded videos
- Conversations and messages
- Follows and activity history
No user data is retained after deletion.
